Our journey continues to the beautiful city of Pokhara, in the lap of the Annapurna mountain range, for majestic views and lakeside walks for a couple of nights. We will have an opportunity to take a once in a lifetime mountain flight to see the world’s highest peak, Mt Everest. Flying back to Kathmandu we check into a heritage hotel in Bhaktapur, an ancient kingdom with a rich history and fine examples of medieval arts and architecture.
| Day 1: | Upon arrival in Kathmandu, AH team member will escort you to Gokarna Forest Resort, set inside royal hunting reserve, where you will spend two nights. Relax in the tranquil environment of the resort and enjoy welcome dinner at Durbar Restaurant. Meal D |
| Day 2: | Experience the cultural and artistic heritage of Nepal on a half-day expertly guided tour of UNESCO World Heritage Sites - 2,000 year old Swoyambhu Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and the artistic Newari city of Patan. Meal B |
| Day 3: | We will fly to Pokhara, a beautiful city situated in a sub-tropical valley and surrounded by some of the tallest mountains in the world. Relax by the pool at your hotel before visiting the World Peace Pagoda. Meal B |
| Day 4: | Experience the thrill of paragliding in the morning. After lunch, enjoy 3-4 hrs of mountain biking in the foothills of the Annapurna Himalaya range. Explore lakeside Pokhara or relax at the hotel in the evening. Meal B |
| Day 5: | Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to a heritage hotel in Bhaktapur, founded in the 9th century and one of three ancient kingdoms of Kathmandu valley. After lunch, enjoy guided tour of Bhaktapur - a living museum of medieval arts and architecture. Meal B |
